Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• 1 year experience in retail, sales, or cash handling preferred.
• Experience operating the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department (Women’s, Men’s and Children’s) and support store standards.
• Greet and assist customers with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Train and guide associates on service, product placement, and cash handling.
• Handle transactions, returns, and till counts as needed.
• Organize merchandise, displays, and assist with truck unloading and floor moves.
• Promote current sales and programs.
• Delegate tasks and communicate clearly with the team.
