• Support Store Manager to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals with emphasis on engagement and collaboration.
• Drive performance metrics and ensure flawless store operations.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training of store team.
• Educate on product knowledge and core values during onboarding.
• Execute visual presentation following corporate direction and merchandising tweaks.
• Manage inventory receiving, transfers, price changes, and loss prevention.
