Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
• Delegate daily tasks and oversee Team Member performance.
• Support store leadership with operational and sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, bin flips, and inventory organization.
• Coach, motivate, and support Team Members throughout each shift.
• Ensure all departments are operating efficiently during business hours.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and staff regarding store priorities.
