Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.

• Maintain store policies for a safe shopping and working environment.

• Minimize loss by maintaining sales floor awareness while serving customers.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately with cash procedures.
• Leverage selling skills at the cash desk for add-on sales.
• Handle returns/refunds/exchanges to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries and replenishment to keep products available.
• Prioritize merchandise flow to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain stockroom conditions and organization around the selling floor.
