Job summary

Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador to uphold the brand’s values on the sales floor and deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adapting to store initiatives.

You will monitor sales performance, mentor team members, and ensure policy compliance, with a focus on customer satisfaction and inclusive culture. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and move fixtures as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
• Provides HR and conflict resolution support to team and in district in absence of leadership team
