Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally) and to maneuver stockroom and sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and improve store performance.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and performance evaluation support for the store team.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance.
• Enforce company policies and store procedures to ensure compliance.
