Job summary

You will oversee scheduling, training, safety meetings, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining accurate inventory, conducting daily cash controls, and helping maximize profitability and store assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and math skills for reports and deposits.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, displays, and planograms.
• Support inventory control, shrink reduction, and damage control.
• Ensure cashier accuracy, deposits, and overrides with proper approvals.
• Assist in store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Maintain store assets and profitability through diligent operations.
