New Balance in Branson, MO is seeking a full-time Retail Team Lead to open/close the store, lead by example, and drive results while delivering a world-class guest experience. You will coach associates, manage schedules, and uphold safety and operational standards in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires retail supervisory experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance when necessary and stand for extended periods.

JOB MISSION

As part of the New Balance Retail Leadership Team, full time Retail Team Leads assist with duties such as opening/closing the store, driving results, operational duties and delivering a world class experience for our guests. You will lead by example through New Balance’s Core Competencies.

Major Responsibilities

Requirements For Success

• Ability to: lift 4 lbs. frequently; lift maximum 8 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary); stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders occasionally; climb and descend stairs frequently (depending on location)

Branson, MO Retail Only Pay Range: $16.40 - $20.50 - $24.60 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
