New Balance Athletics, Inc. in Branson, MO is seeking a full-time Retail Team Lead to open/close the store, drive results, and deliver a world-class guest experience.

You will lead by example through the company’s core competencies, coaching associates and supporting scheduling and floor moves as needed. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and operational excellence, with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years' retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders or stairs as needed.

JOB MISSION

As part of the New Balance Retail Leadership Team, full time Retail Team Leads assist with duties such as opening/closing the store, driving results, operational duties and delivering a world class experience for our guests. You will lead by example through New Balance's Core Competencies.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2 years' retail supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays
• Ability to: lift 4 lbs. frequently; lift maximum 8 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary); stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders occasionally; climb and descend stairs frequently (depending on location)

Branson, MO Retail Only Pay Range: $16.40 - $20.50 - $24.60 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
