Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States as dedicated year‑round Business Tax Experts.

You will provide full‑service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, advise on tax planning, connect clients with bookkeeping and payroll support, and grow our local TurboTax client base. This is an on‑site role requiring a commitment to community engagement and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong tax preparation experience for business and personal returns.
• Ability to advise on tax planning and deductions.
• Experience with bookkeeping or a willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses acceptable.
• Comfortable working on-site in retail/flagship locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop client relationships and offer a range of Intuit services beyond tax filing.
• Assist with bookkeeping, payroll, and related services as needed by clients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit communications tools.
• Act as a community ambassador and grow TurboTax client base locally.
