Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts. You will provide full-service tax preparation for consumers and businesses and own the client relationship, guiding tax strategy and planning.

You’ll work on-site in a retail environment, collaborating with bookkeeping, payroll, and support teams to deliver a seamless experience while growing your local TurboTax client base through community engagement.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 returns per tax year.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willing to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with Business Tax returns and year-round tax guidance for small businesses.
• State licenses or ability to obtain them.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation services for consumer and business clients.
• Develop relationships and guide clients across Intuit solutions including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Engage with local prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into clients.
• Participate in local marketing with TurboTax to grow community presence.
