Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor. You will help the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager focus on performance, people, and procedures to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, devices).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals; ensure tasks are executed and products available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard; handle replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education to drive sales performance.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty technology.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by loss prevention practices and guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
