Responsibilities

• Tailor shop production & alterations: perform standard alterations (pant hems, waist/seat adjustments, sleeves, seams), ensure quality finishes and clean finishes.
• Press garments to a crisp finish and maintain a tidy, organized workspace.
• Tag, organize, and prepare completed work for customer pickup; assist with inventory and replenishment as needed.
• Support customer consultations and provide personalized solutions for garment fit and alterations.
• Collaborate with sales staff, share tailoring knowledge, and uphold professional appearance and standards.
