Men's Wearhouse is seeking a Retail Store Tailor—Alterations to deliver high-quality clothing alterations, measurements, fittings, and garment repairs. The role requires keen eye for detail, strong sewing abilities, and a commitment to excellence within a fast-paced team environment.

You will contribute to customer satisfaction by providing precise alterations, assisting with consultations, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. The position is full-time and store-based.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with tailor shop equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Strong time management to complete alterations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations (pants hems, waist/seat adjustments, sleeve and seam work) per guidelines.
• Maintain productivity target of about 60 minutes of alterations per hour.
• Ensure garments have high-quality finishes with secure stitching and clean finishes.
• Press garments for a crisp finish and manage a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory and support front-of-house activities as needed.
