Job summary

L’Occitane en Provence is seeking a Retail Support Specialist to communicate with US/Canada stores and Mini Hubs, providing operational training and identifying process improvements. Maintain stock levels across stores and report adjustments and reconciliation deviations monthly.

Collaboration with Supply Chain and Marketing is essential to optimize stock use and support local events. Responsibilities include replenishment checks, weekly stock reconciliations, and training/document updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in Customer Service or Supply Chain, ideally in a retail business.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between 160+ retail stores, field leadership, and Supply Chain.
• Respond to store inquiries within 48 hours.
• Coordinate stock adjustments and report reconciliation deviations.
