Job summary

Kendall Ford of Bozeman is hiring a Retail Support Specialist to join our service team in Bozeman, MT. This entry level role offers hands-on exposure to the automotive industry and customer service focused tasks.

You will move and park service vehicles, shuttle clients, perform road-tests for repairs, and assist with check-in and parts retrieval while maintaining a clean service drive environment.

This is an entry level position giving you the opportunity to learn the automotive industry.

Job duties include moving and parking service vehicles as needed, driving to pick-up and deliver vehicles to customers, performing road-tests for repair verification, and shuttling clients. It also requires communicating and providing superior customer service to service clients, directing service customers to the appropriate advisor, obtaining basic information from vehicles to assist with check in process, retrieving parts and supplies, operating snow removal equipment, washing exterior of vehicles, vacuuming interiors of vehicles and janitorial tasks to keep service drive clean and presentable.

This position works both indoors and outdoors, in a shop environment greeting customers in the service drive, standing and walking is required for up to 75% of work shift, and bending, twisting, and kneeling required primarily for getting in and out of vehicles.
