Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a part-time Support Associate for Deer Park Town Center to assist with merchandise processing, stock replenishment, and stockroom organization while upholding the MAPS customer service culture.

You will help maintain the sales floor, support visual merchandising efforts, and contribute to a fast-paced omni‑channel environment. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; flexible availability including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position with a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment.
• Reorganizes merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensures new products are merchandised promptly.
• Records receiving documents and reconciles invoices.
• Handles store transfers and locate requests.
• Manages visual materials, signage, and stockroom organization.
• Supports MAPS customer service principles and omni‑channel experience.
