Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Dumas, TX. This independent contractor role involves ongoing store support and project-based merchandising, shaping customer experiences by maintaining appealing displays and brand presentation.

You will work independently, build strong partnerships with store teams, and execute merchandising projects with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in merchandising or retail environments preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Planogram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage schedules and store visits to meet deadlines.
• Maintain quality, professionalism, and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
