Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Childress, TX to support store teams with ongoing merchandising and project-based initiatives. You’ll stock, merchandise, execute displays, maintain planograms, and report outcomes via mobile tools.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
