Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Wichita Falls, TX. This independent contractor role combines ongoing store support with project-based merchandising to elevate brand displays and shopper experiences.

You will work autonomously, travel to assigned stores, stock and merchandise, complete reports with photos, and collaborate with store teams to ensure planogram compliance and timely project completion. Prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for store teams and clients.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on merchandising and visual presentation.
• Comfortable using smartphones, handheld devices, and reporting apps.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotions with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback via mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates clearly.
• Manage schedules and store visits to meet deliverables on time.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across tasks.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
