Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain Missouri Class E chauffeur's license within 14 days of hire.
• Comfortable working in retail and warehouse environments with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Operate the register and assist with day-to-day retail operations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain merchandise and sales areas.
• Accept, sort, and organize donations.
• Work in both retail and warehouse environments.
• Coach individuals with disabilities as they learn workplace skills.
• Break tasks into manageable steps and adapt coaching to the person.
