Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail team member in a fast-paced New York store. You will support front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth product flow and customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of high-volume retail experience, with stock-related knowledge a plus, and are available for flexible shifts, including overnights, holidays and weekends. You may occasionally travel and must lift up to 40 lbs as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Stock-related experience is a plus.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greeter, runner, cashier, answer phones, and help enforce policies.
