Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a flexible retail teammate to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment in the United States. You will multi-task across greeter, cashier, stockroom and shipment tasks while upholding Tory Burch standards and policies.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and support front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Understand and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to ensure smooth product flow.
