Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.

• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs various functions that support the sales operations including POS transactions, merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization.
• Receives, stores, and replenishes sales floor merchandise and stocks merchandise; may periodically work on the sales floor.
• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and located; coordinates store transfers and locate requests.
• Ensures visual materials are received and processed; supports pricing changes and markdowns.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and boutique.
• Assists with MAPS customer service principles and omni-channel experiences at checkout.
