Job summary

RIMOWA, a global luxury luggage brand, seeks a Retail Support Associate to assist the store team in daily operations and to help drive productivity. You will support shipments, inventory, and product placement while delivering excellent customer service on the sales floor.

The role involves coordinating with store management, performing basic luggage repairs, and utilizing the R-client tool to engage clients about repairs or new products.

Responsibilities

• Keeps stock areas neat, clean and orderly per standard.
• Perform basic luggage repairs using small hand tools.
• Receive merchandise and ensure cash wraps are stocked with supplies.
• Assist on the sales floor with product placement and stock recovery.
• Transport goods and complete transfer forms as needed.
• Connect with clients on repairs or product recommendations via the R-client tool.

The RIMOWA Retail Support Associate is responsible for assisting the store team in all

operational duties to help increase store productivity and performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Reports to Store Manager ensuring work duties are accurately performed
• Monitors the flow of all shipments and ensures prompt follow up with discrepancies
• Assist with yearend inventory counts including preparation
• Determine appropriate methods of shipping and prepare relevant Prêt-à-portererwork as needed
• Ensure all stock areas are neat, clean and orderly per company standard
• Responsible for completing basic luggage repairs using small hand tools
• Perform box counts and validate against bills of lading, ensuring discrepancies, shortages or damages are reported immediately
• Assist selling floor with product placement and stock recovery
• Complete transfer forms
• Receive merchandise onto selling floor
• Ensure cash wraps are fully stocked with operational supplies as per store readiness
• Ensure accurate tracking and placement of all paid goods.
• Perform deliveries as requested
• Assist client advisors on the sales floor as needed
• Utilize the R-client tool to connect with clients regarding their repairs or to propose new products when appropriate
• Handle any new projects as required by the management team or business need
