Job summary

Nike Factory Pismo Beach is hiring a Retail Supervisor who is the face of NIKE and leads a high-energy team in a fast-paced, 34-40 hour workweek. You’ll focus on customer service, product knowledge, and driving the consumer experience in our store.

The role requires 18+ and retail or consumer service experience is preferred. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. Enjoy benefits including employee discounts, PTO, 401(k) and more as part of a dynamic team culture.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.00 to $27.30. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Putting Your Best Foot Forward

• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
