Job summary

NIKE, Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) to lead a high-volume team in a fast-paced store environment. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, coaching team members, and maintaining compelling visual displays while supporting sales goals.

The role requires availability to work nights and weekends, experience in retail, and a passion for Nike products. This is a Full-Time position at Nike Factory Store in Torrance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about NIKE products to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service per Nike's Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed expectations at every step.
• Operate cash register, shipping/receiving, stock products and build displays.
• Attend store events to support teammates.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.00 to $29.90. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
