Working Relationships:

Exchange locations on specific military bases in the United States as defined by Region Manager

Scope of Work:

• Complete daily tasks at Exchange locations
• Supervise a team of Base Managers at military base convenience facilities across the U.S.

Principal Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining proper call frequency at Exchange locations
• Filling store shelves with back-stock when opportunities arise
• Securing display activity and building displays as needed
• Scanning stores for missing items and obtaining distribution
• Conducting inventory checks and writing orders for VON-related items
• Shelf management including resets, facings, and compliance checks
• Managing Point of Sale placements, pricing, coupons, and out-of-date items
• Reporting stock issues and completing call reports using provided technology
• Participating in other projects as assigned by the Region Manager

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Timekeeping and approving Base Manager hours
• Managing client and store relationships
• Training Base Managers in display execution, promotions, and new item implementation
• Ensuring shelf management and merchandising standards
• Training and supervising Base Managers on processes and procedures
• Achieving call frequency and reporting objectives
• Communicating effectively and timely with the team

Working Conditions:

• Lifting racks up to 80 lbs with assistance
• Working in freezers at 0°F
• Performing store resets and client visits in the local market

Compensation:

Pay rate is $19-$20 per hour for approximately 28 hours per week.
