We provide comprehensive sales and marketing solutions to our clients, utilizing proprietary technology designed for success in this unique retail environment.

We are seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Norfolk, Virginia market.

Working Relationships:

• Exchange locations on military bases across the U.S., as defined by the Region Manager

Scope of Work:

• Perform daily tasks at assigned Exchange locations
• Supervise a team of Base Managers at convenience facilities on military bases within designated geographical areas

Principal Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Visiting Exchange locations and completing assigned tasks such as maintaining call frequency, stocking shelves, securing displays, scanning for missing items, conducting inventory checks, managing shelf presentation, and reporting issues
• Ensuring compliance with pricing, coupons, and planogram standards
• Placing Point of Sale materials and reporting stock issues to the Facility Manager
• Completing call reports via technology while in-store
• Handling other projects as assigned by the Region Manager

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Managing timekeeping and approving Base Manager hours
• Fostering positive relationships with clients and store management
• Training Base Managers on display execution, promotions, and new item implementation
• Overseeing shelf management, pricing, and merchandising tasks
• Training and supervising Base Managers to adhere to company procedures
• Achieving call frequency objectives
• Providing timely communication and reports using provided technology
• Supporting other projects as needed by leadership

Working Conditions:

Physical activities include building, installing, and moving racks weighing up to 80 lbs with assistance, working in freezers at 0°F, and conducting store resets and client visits in local markets.

Compensation:

Pay rate is $19-$20 per hour for a 28-hour workweek.
