• Supervise department of responsibility, overseeing store profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing.
• Create store culture through teamwork and coaching, leading by example.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain standards; ensure adherence to procedures and quality, resolving problems.
