David’s Bridal is seeking a Part-Time Manager to lead a high-performing Dream Maker team in Roseville, CA. You will coach staff, drive five-star service, and manage shifts, payroll, and inventory while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Accountable for active floor management by assigning shifts, reviewing results, and providing feedback to maintain a five-star guest experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills, behaviors, and processes.
• Monitor the store payroll to assist in ensuring hours do not exceed the monthly budget and manage timesheets.
