Job summary

UNIQLO seeks a Supervisor-In-Training to lead a store team and model exceptional customer service. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on exceeding customer expectations while training Sales Associates on standards and brand knowledge.

The starting salary is $18.00 per hour with full-time hours. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, a 401K plan, paid vacation, and commuter benefits. Open weekends and flexible weekday availability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to train and develop a team with strong communication skills.
• Ability to calculate figures and percentages (discounts).
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Motivates team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Supervises floor coverage during peak times per schedules.
• Ensures brand and operational standards are met.
• Trains team on fitting room and cash wrap standards.
• Manages inventory and replenishment on the floor.
• Identifies issues in the store and communicates to management.
• Trains on product and brand knowledge for customers.
• Follows company policies and notifies management of infractions.
• Supports special projects as assigned by management.
