Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Supervise the floor to ensure coverage during peak times.
• Maintain brand, visual, cleanliness, and cash/inventory standards.
• Train team on fitting room and cash wrap standards.
• Manage inventory and replenishment on the floor.
• Identify store issues and assist management.
• Train on product and brand knowledge and convey to customers.
• Follow company policies and notify management of infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
