• We are hiring immediately for a full-time RETAIL SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Mary Washington Hospital - 1001 Sam Perry Boulevard, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; open availability preferred. Must be able to work every other weekend. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Customer service and food service supervisory experience required.
• Pay Range: $17.25 to $21.15 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Ensures proper assembly and service of foods, maintains sanitation and safety, and supervises retail associates.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Handle cash properly and complete required reports, including inventory and production records.
• Respond to customer needs and resolve concerns.
• Assist with menu planning and ordering using company programs.
• Open and close department following security policies.
• Assist in selecting, training, and scheduling associates.
• Evaluate and mentor staff according to policies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
