We are hiring immediately for a full-time RETAIL SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Mary Washington Hospital - 1001 Sam Perry Boulevard, Fredericksburg, VA 22401

Schedule: Full-time; open availability preferred. Must be able to work every other weekend. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Customer service and food service supervisory experience required.

Pay Range: $17.25 per hour to $21.15 per hour.

Job Summary

Ensures the proper assembly and service of foods, maintains sanitation and safety, and supervises retail associates.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1. Manage cash handling and complete required reports, including inventory and production records.
2. Respond to customer needs and resolve concerns.
3. Assist with menu planning and ordering.
4. Ensure department security during opening and closing.
5. Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling associates.
6. Evaluate, mentor, and discipline staff as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, including HACCP guidelines.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
