Responsibilities
  • Create a genuine consumer connection through engaging, efficient, and personalized experiences.
  • Support storytelling, visual merchandising, and standards execution.
  • Foster a positive team environment and support associate development.
  • Assist in store controls, policies, and safety standards.
  • Communicate operational data and market insights.
  • Contribute to revenue strategies and monitor performance metrics.
  • Support community engagement, partnerships, and events.
  • Participate in recruiting and talent development.
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in retail preferred.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
  • Knowledge in staffing, coaching, and training.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions
  • Retail environment with moderate lifting (30-50 lbs.)
