Job Summary: Oversee associate activities during shifts, ensuring completion of tasks in line with policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

1. Operate heat press hardware for jerseys and custom requests.
2. Manage inventory in POS system.
3. Support various shifts for events and non-events.
4. Work in store and warehouse environments as needed.
5. Serve as contact for employee requests and complaints.
6. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
