Job Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate heat press hardware to produce player jerseys and complete custom requests as needed.
• Track and transfer inventory in POS software to support business needs.
• Support various shifts to accommodate events and non-events.
• Work in store and warehouse environments to support all business facets.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
