Overview

You’ll be a vital part of the team, getting involved and leading by example. Whether assisting customers at the front-of-house or maintaining high standards in the warehouse, your focus will always be on the customer. With excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns supporting a healthy work-life balance, you'll be on the right path for a promising career with us!

Opening hours

• Monday - Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Host: Lead in-store, setting an example of excellent service, understanding customer needs, guiding them to the right products, and making shopping easy.
• Store Standards: Ensure smooth operations including cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance, and stock management.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with a team that takes pride in their store, working together and enjoying the work environment.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a supervisor or duty manager managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excels at providing exceptional customer service and translating that into sales.
• Is inquisitive, always questioning and seeking to improve.
• Is passionate about our business.
• Is friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and hardworking.
