Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino seeks a Retail Supervisor for the Hotel Retail Shop in Prior Lake, MN. You will direct day-to-day store operations, ensure guest service excellence, and drive sales while safeguarding assets.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, cleanliness, and organization of retail spaces, with weekly pay and access to on-site clinics and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of combined education and/or leadership/training experience in hospitality or guest service.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases and electronic software.
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
