Job summary

Work World is hiring a Retail Store Supervisor for a part-time role in Garden Grove, CA. This position requires a customer-focused, energetic leader who can oversee store operations, greet customers, and drive sales.

You will manage cash transactions, assist on the floor, and ensure a clean, organized environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years retail experience and strong communication skills, with willingness to work nights and weekends, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Sales and supervising experience is preferred.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
• Basic math and detail orientation are important.
• Bi-Lingual a plus, valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in-store and over the phone.
• Open and close the store; direct daily workflow on the floor.
• Greet customers and maintain a clean, organized selling space.
• Process transactions at the register and issue receipts.
• Maintain inventory and restock shelves as needed.
• Support the Manager with daily tasks and store operations.

Schedule: Part-Time

Compensation: $15.50-$16.00 (DOE)

What You’ll Need:

• 1-2 years of retail customer service experience preferred
• Sales and supervising experience is preferred
• Willing to work nights and weekends

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Must be able to climb a ladder
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

• Must possess a valid Driver's License

What You’ll be Doing:

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
• Assist customers with request in store and over the phone
• Open and close the store
• Direct workflow on the sales floor
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Always maintain store organization and cleanliness
• Complete customers transactions at the cash register including taking payments, and issuing receipts
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
