Advantage Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Full-Time Retail Supervisor to lead a team of Retail Sales Representatives and Merchandisers within an assigned territory. You will ensure client objectives are met through effective team leadership and adherence to merchandising standards.

Requirements include 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 30% within the territory is expected to support product placement and brand

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of retail, merchandising, or sales experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop retail team members.
• Conduct store audits and oversee completion of retail projects.
• Ensure products are stocked, properly signed, merchandised, and aligned with planograms and schematics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and clients.
• Drive placement of new products and increase brand visibility.
• Manage team schedules and ensure adequate store coverage.
• Monitor budgets and control expenses within company guidelines.
• Complete accurate reports, timesheets, expense reports, and other required documentation.
• Communicate performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to direct reports.
