Advantage Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Retail Supervisor to lead retail teams, ensure client standards, and drive sales within assigned territories. The role emphasizes coaching staff, maintaining stock and signage, and sustaining strong client relationships across the district.

You will work with Business Development Managers and Retail Managers to meet business objectives, while coordinating training and daily operations for optimal store performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple duties with changing deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and complete retail projects.
• Ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematics to meet client objectives.
• Build and maintain client relationships and schedule work appointments.
• Monitor and control expenses within team budgets.
• Provide accurate communication, administrative, and coaching support to direct reports.

What You’ll Do
