Experience in ordering products, inventory control, coordinating daily work, managerial/supervisory roles, living our values, and achieving results in our key measures is preferred. Perishable experience is also valued.
The work environment involves medium to heavy physical demands, including walking, standing for up to 4 hours, repetitive movements, occasional heavy lifting, bending, reaching, and working in cold (33–55°F) and wet conditions. Items lifted typically weigh 5–20 pounds, with occasional lifts over 50 pounds with assistance. Repetitive arm movements and trunk twisting are moderate to high. Equipment used includes box cutters, hand/power jacks, compactors, knives, and food processing tools. The environment involves continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced setting.
