Michael Page is seeking a Retail Superintendent for Manhattan, NY to lead on-site retail construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure schedules and quality standards are met on luxury flagship projects.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years as a superintendent, experience in retail or luxury builds, strong knowledge of Manhattan logistics, and proven ability to manage multiple trades with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Manhattan construction logistics.
