Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer service to achieve sales goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and use The 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with cash handling guidelines.
• Support replenishment, pricing, and security procedures.
• Engage in RFID-based inventory accuracy and floor replenishment.
