Job summary

LOFT Outlet is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador on the sales floor. You will greet customers, offer personalized styling, and help maintain an inviting, well-organized store environment that showcases merchandise.

You will collaborate with teammates to deliver authentic shopping experiences, stay informed about promotions, and use the POS system to process transactions. Flexible availability and a hospitality mindset are valued at LOFT Outlet.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
