Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylish and customer-focused Stylist to help guests curate looks that reflect their personal aesthetic and lifestyle. You will combine product knowledge with creative styling to guide purchases and build complete outfits across handbags, apparel, jewelry, and accessories.

In this role you’ll greet guests, listen to their needs, offer on-trend recommendations, and demonstrate how to mix pieces for versatile wear. Flexible schedule and weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, demonstrate product knowledge, and listen to needs.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
• Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage new styles.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout.
• Maintain stockroom organization and POS transactions.
