Job summary

Brobston Group is looking for a Salesperson to assist customers in discovering fashion and styling options both in-store and online. You will build lasting relationships, support sales goals, and keep the department customer-ready.

You will develop fashion knowledge, assist with digital tools, restock and re-merchandise, and handle light cleaning while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide thoughtful service and style and fit advice.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock and re-merchandise products, process markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Work flexible hours and assist other departments as needed.
