Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate to be a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You will ensure merchandise is well-organized and presented on the floor, supporting an inviting store environment.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver personalized customer experiences and help maintain a polished store that reflects the Ann Taylor brand across experiences both in-store and online.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
